The role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance the growth and profitability of Circulate Digital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, results-oriented individual with a strong sales background who can forge robust client relationships while thriving in a dynamic, target-focused environment.
This position, based in the UK, focuses on developing and executing innovative inbound and outbound sales strategies aimed at improving lead conversion, boosting client acquisition, and fostering lasting partnerships. The BDM will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal creation to pitching and securing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass both monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Promptly and professionally respond to incoming inquiries.
- Establish and uphold a robust sales pipeline, keeping records of all interactions and key milestones.
- Create and present customized proposals and high-quality presentations to potential clients.
- Actively generate leads and foster relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Facilitate business growth in the UK and other markets through strategic sales initiatives.
- Track market trends and pinpoint opportunities to broaden Circulate Digital’s client base.
- Work with internal teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
At least three years of experience in business development, demonstrating a strong history of identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting growth through innovative strategies. A proven capability to work with teams to provide customised solutions that satisfy client needs and surpass revenue goals targets.
