Access Vault

Q: Who is Circulate Academy for?

A: The Academy is designed for both in-house & agency-side marketers, freelancers and founders who want to master SEO at a professional level. The program is tailored for practitioners and brands looking to learn, implement, and scale SEO.

Q: What makes Circulate Academy different from other SEO courses?

A: Many SEO courses are outdated, too introductory, or taught by people who aren’t active in the field anymore. Circulate Academy is run by Circulate, a Manchester-based search agency that has been scaling global brands for over a decade. You’ll learn the same frameworks, processes, and strategies our team uses daily, with the added benefit of monthly one-to-one mentorship from both our founder and Head of SEO.

Q: Do I need any prior SEO knowledge?

A: No. The Academy is suitable whether you’re just starting out or already have some SEO experience. The curriculum covers everything from the fundamentals of technical SEO and keyword research through to advanced topics such as conversion optimisation and the latest approaches to AI in SEO.

Q: How is the Academy delivered?

  • Each month, optimisation Weekly live sessions (training workshops, site audits, and Q&A)
  • Monthly one-to-one calls with Danny (strategy) and with our Head of SEO (execution)
  • Access to our SEO resource vault with templates, dashboards, and workflows
  • Ongoing support in our private community

Q: How much time will I need to commit?

A: Around 3 to 5 hours per week. That includes live sessions and implementation. If you can’t attend live, all sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll also have the resource vault and community to fall back on at any time.

Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

A: Every session is recorded and stored in your member portal. You’ll also be able to ask questions in the community hub whenever you need support.

Q: Do you cover AI in SEO?

A: Yes. The Academy dedicates a whole month to AI in SEO, including keyword clustering, creating optimisations, schema generation, and automation. You’ll learn how to use AI effectively as part of your workflow, while maintaining the quality standards needed to perform in search.

Q: How is this different from hiring Circulate as an agency?

A: Our agency retainers start at £2,500 per month, where we manage SEO execution for you. The Academy is for people who want to learn and apply SEO themselves, but with direct guidance from the same team that delivers results for global brands. Many Academy members later move into full Circulate retainers when they’re ready to outsource.

Q: Will this work for my industry?

A: Yes. Our frameworks have been applied successfully across e-commerce, SaaS, finance, retail, technology, and lifestyle brands. The principles of technical SEO, content strategy, and CRO apply universally, and we’ll help adapt them to your specific business.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: No. Circulate Academy is designed as a three-month program, and we ask all members to commit to the full journey. This ensures you complete every stage of the curriculum, from technical SEO through to AI and CRO, and achieve lasting results.
