Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital in London contacted Circulate to help generate more leads for their visiting professional programmes, as well as promoting their conferences and events.
At project kick-off, we implemented website analytics via Google Tag Manager to measure organic performance, tracking events such as brochure downloads, enquiries, and conference bookings. Before this, the Trust had a restricted understanding of how the website performed, unable to attribute leads to their marketing efforts.
We built a hyper-specific SEO content strategy focused on exact regions and high-intent keywords. Alongside this, we also created localised landing pages and tailored programme/event content to match the queries that prospective visitors were actually searching for.
By analysing performance in real time (GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager events), we continually refined pages, updating metadata, headings, copy depth, schema, and UX elements to improve efficiency. The result was a highly optimised organic strategy that delivered measurable growth in qualified traffic, brochure downloads, enquiries, and bookings.
