1. One Audit Per Business
Our offer for a free audit is limited to one per business or brand. If you manage multiple brands, we reserve the right to review each one separately at our discretion.

2. Eligibility
This service is available for businesses generating over £1 million in annual revenue and that have an active website. Eligibility also requires a brief consultation with our Head of Client Services to ensure alignment on objectives and scope.

3. No Obligation
There is no commitment required to use Circulate’s services after receiving the audit. However, we reserve the right to offer implementation support if deemed appropriate.

4. Audit Delivery
Your audit will typically be delivered within five business days of receiving your request. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on the volume of requests.

5. Access Requirements
To ensure accuracy, we may request temporary read-only access to your advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) or analytics tools. Providing this access is optional but may enhance the depth of your audit.

6. Use of Audit Data
Any data shared with Circulate to complete the audit will be treated confidentially and will not be stored after the audit process is complete.

7. Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline audit requests from competitors, businesses with incomplete information, or those that do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
