THE BRIEF
The Children’s Hospital Charity needed to grow donations, event sign-ups and legacy giving from organic search. Organic visibility on high-intent terms was limited, and there were clear content gaps, meaning we weren’t appearing for many relevant searches across the user journey.
To combat these challenges, we started fresh and completely restructured our SEO and content approach. We rebuilt the keyword universe and intent map to ensure all relevant opportunities were covered. For example, we expanded clusters around “will gifts”, “charity donations”, and “charity events” to cover FAQs, how-tos, and regional/event specifics.
THE RESULTS
The results we drove for The Children’s Hospital have had a significant influx on the overall amount of online donations they receive – ultimately helping the charity continue to provide for ill and vulnerable children.
After supporting with technical fixes & onsite SEO, we saw significant growth in comparison to the previous period. Clicks increased by 320% and website donations also increased by 144% – all from free website traffic!
