Nory, a restaurant and hospitality operations platform, partnered with Circulate to build an SEO strategy that could scale, strengthen authority, and future-proof visibility across both traditional search and emerging AI surfaces.

Our objectives were to expand keyword reach, improve site architecture and internal linking, and increase conversion-ready traffic while ensuring the site was fully AI-ready.

Early discovery revealed opportunities in internal linking, missing or duplicate on-page elements, and untapped content themes with strong growth potential. With no competitor holding more than 9% share of voice, Nory had a clear opportunity to capture visibility through authoritative content.

We rebuilt SEO foundations by refining internal linking, resolving redirect and metadata issues, adding missing H1S, and rolling out structured data at scale. A page-speed audit was also initiated to improve technical performance. To prepare for AI-driven search, we implemented an LLMs.txt file, advanced schema, and AI parity testing, while refining content to align with E-E-A-T principles and target 40 AI Overview keywords.

Finally, a keyword roadmap and improved internal linking between blog and product pages helped capture demand and drive users further down the funnel.

Month-on-month, total users grew 76%, blog sessions increased 35%, and product page organic users rose 21%, supported by a 5% year-on-year lift in first-time organic visitors. These results reflect the impact of a solid technical SEO foundation and a focused content strategy designed to scale qualified organic traffic.
