Minga London partnered with Circulate to streamline both technical and content SEO, aiming to improve site performance and uncover new opportunities for long-term organic growth.
The site had become heavily reliant on repeat customers, with limited focus on attracting new audiences. Product categories and groupings were only partially optimised, and there was no clear framework for identifying which areas were driving results or holding back performance.
To increase Minga London’s organic reach without disrupting conversion rates, we overhauled the SEO and content strategy, laying stronger technical and structural foundations for sustainable growth.
The project started with a full technical audit to highlight key factors holding back performance, such as slow load speeds, crawl errors, and user experience issues. We then implemented technical fixes to improve site health, strengthen Core Web Vitals, and deliver a smoother experience for users. In parallel, the team developed shoppable guides to open up new avenues for organic discovery and attract a wider audience through search.
To boost visibility across key product categories, structured data and category pages were introduced, making it easier for search engines and AI tooling to understand and prioritise important collections. Continuous testing and performance reviews were also established to refine content, identify new growth opportunities, and guide future optimisation work.
