Working at Circulate
What roles do you usually hire for?
Technical SEO, content and digital PR, data and analytics, and increasingly AI search specialists. We also take on people early in their career who are clearly obsessive about search, and train them properly.
Do I need agency experience?
No. Some of our strongest people came from in house roles or from outside marketing entirely. What matters is curiosity, the ability to write clearly and a genuine interest in how search works.
Where is the team based?
Our office is in Sheffield and most of the team is here or nearby. We work a mix of office and home, and we do get together in person regularly because a lot of the good thinking happens that way.
How does progression work?
Levels and what each one expects are written down. Reviews are quarterly and tied to the work rather than to time served, so if you are performing you move.
There is no role listed for me. Can I still apply?
