Overview.
AlumierMD is a medical-grade skincare brand active across the UK, US and Canada. We ran SEO through a multi-territory migration and a full CMS move to Shopify.
The objective.
Migrations put rankings at risk: traffic volatility, changes in content structure, crawling issues and authority that can slip between domains. The goal was to protect all of it, keep site health at 95% or above and grow non-branded traffic.
Our approach.
A phased plan that protected authority through the migration, then pushed the site into more competitive non-branded search.
How we did it.
We delivered the work in phases matched to the migration and what came after it: migration and domain strengthening, technical SEO and site health, content and blog optimisation, performance recovery and SERP growth, then keyword and brand alignment. Each phase built on the last.
We ran the migration first, protecting authority across the UK, US and Canadian domains. Once it settled, we repositioned the site to compete for far more competitive non-branded keywords, with technical work keeping site health high throughout.
The results.
Domain Authority rose 17.74% to 74, with similar gains on the US and Canadian domains. CTR improved 25.8%, organic clicks rose 7.5%, site health held at 95+ and the site now ranks #1 for high-value non-branded keywords.
